I had a great experience at this audiology clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The audiologist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The appointment was thorough, and I felt confident in the care and recommendations I received. As a nice surprise, they also provided a Tim Hortons gift card, which was a thoughtful touch and showed their appreciation for their patients. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent hearing care and outstanding customer service.

After years, (and I mean literal years) of my wife telling me my ears were blocked, I finally booked an appointment. A buddy told me it wasn’t excruciating (his words), just quick, easy, and affordable, with a dramatic improvement after. So I went. e told me about HWBW London Clinic. Reader, I can hear again. The gentle hum of the AC. The tick of a watch. Most importantly, my wife’s frustrated sighs… all in HD. Huge thanks to Kadanna at the London clinic. In and out, super straightforward, zero stress, and worth every penny. If you’re 40-ish and pretending you don’t need this, learn from my mistakes and book it. Your future self (and your spouse) will thank you.

I really didn’t want to get hearing aids, and I certainly didn’t expect to like them. If you want the best possible experience getting tested for and purchasing hearing aids, you need to consider contacting Hear Well Be Well. The process was easy, they obviously have a handle on all the technology needed to make sure you need them and then to fine-tune them for your specific needs. Kadanna, the Hearing Specialist, made all the complicated tech stuff understandable and left me feeling comfortable with my decision. The entire staff was outstanding. The London location was closest for me, but they have numerous stores in Southern Ontario. Check them out!
