I was so emotional that I started to cry

Struggling to hear people talking to me and listening to the T.V. My life has changed for the better. At first I was not looking forward to having my hearing tested. I couln't believe that I was having that much trouble hearing. When they put the hearing aid in and I heard things for the first time I was so emotional that I started to cry. It was like hearing for the first time. The care that I got as a customer is excellent. They really care about you and if you have any questions or need help they are there to help.
