What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and consultations.
  • Recommend personalized hearing solutions tailored to each client’s needs and lifestyle.
  • Fit, program, and maintain hearing instruments, completing all associated documentation (including WSIB, DVA, and medical reports).
  • Educate clients on their hearing health and available treatment options.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up care to ensure long-term success.
  • Engage with local communities to build awareness and support.
  • Foster a culture of compassion, trust, and clinical excellence within your clinic.

Who You Are

  • A licensed (or license-eligible) Hearing Instrument Specialist or Hearing Instrument Dispenser in Ontario.
  • Passionate about improving lives through better hearing.
  • Skilled in consultative sales, with the ability to match solutions to individual needs.
  • A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated, professional, and dedicated to team success.
