I can now participate in conversations

I had trouble hearing well in crowds, places with background noise and when travelling in a vehicle. Had TV and radio volume high enough to be uncomfortable for others. I can now participate in conversations in crowds, in noisy areas and in vehicles. Can listen to media at a level comfortable for all. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Procedures during examination and results were clearly explained. Various styles and cost of aids were discussed. Follow up appointments made to my schedule. I was encouraged to come in/ contact office as often as I needed. I recommend this office to everyone.
