To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Graduated high school (required)
  • Post-secondary education in an appropriate field (preferred)
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Demonstrated experience in sales/marketing and client service (min. 3 years required)
  • Administrative experience with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (min. 2 years required)

What does the day look like?

  • Greet clients and ensure they feel important and cared for
  • Engage with clients and book the appropriate client appointments
  • Help clients come to terms with their hearing loss and encourage them to take action
  • Follow-up with prospective clients to help them with their questions and decision to move forward
  • Ask for referrals from our happy clients and prospective clients
  • Work with the Hearing Specialist to uncover the needs of the prospective client
  • Be seen as a Hearing Advisor by demonstrating knowledge of hearing loss and solutions
  • Cleaning and minor repairs of hearing aids
  • Manage the needs of the office
  • Complete all transactions from ordering to receiving payment
  • Accurately prepare documents for government agencies, clients and other professionals
  • Support other Associates as needed, which could mean travel to a sister office
