INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 FROM HEAR WELL BE WELL™

At Hear Well Be Well™ we continue to care for you with the highest standards in safety and infection control protocols you have come to expect. We take steps to protect you and your hearing care team every day.

As always, our trained team sanitize all surfaces using Health Canada approved high-level disinfection and sterilization protocols that are effective against coronavirus. This is automatically done after every visit and/or procedure.

Hand washing is a key measure in reducing the transmission of this virus and many other microorganisms. Frequent and thorough handwashing is a standard practice in our clinics, and we request you wash your hands thoroughly prior to arrival for your appointments. Upon arrival we also ask that you use the Hand Sanitizer that is located in several areas at each clinic.

All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected between appointments/procedures including, but not limited to our waiting areas, test rooms, washrooms, door handles, water coolers and debit machines. We have eliminated all brochures and magazines from our waiting areas to decrease any items that might be handled frequently.

WE DO REQUEST YOU NOT VISIT OUR CLINICS
IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY TO YOU:

Cough, Fever, Shortness of Breath,
Travelled outside Canada over the past 3 weeks.

Your health is very important to us. We encourage you to keep/make your needed care appointments.

Only those with scheduled appointments will be permitted to enter the clinic. If you wish to reschedule, we completely understand. We ask you to please contact the office as soon as possible and we will move your appointment accordingly.

At Hear Well Be Well™ we remain here for you. We wish you and your loved ones the very best during this challenging time. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and keep you informed.
